An economics graduate, Richard’s career began with British Gas, Centrica and nPower.
He has worked with marketing transformation, customer management processes and technology since the mid 1990s. Working with Barclay family owned Transactis, he launched award-winning marketing, customer insight and fraud prevention solutions into retail, financial services, gaming and the public sector.
Setting up his own consultancy practice in 2014, he now helps software, technology and professional services clients work smarter for new business. Richard co-founded OPTSM Limited with Steve Edge to combine complementary skill sets. OPTSM helps businesses to optimise their sales and marketing capabilities and bring innovative technology solutions to market.
